I wanted to provide feedback on Adam's performance while assisting in Barry Callebaut's Chicago factory. I will be the first to say, I was a little concerned bringing someone in with Adam's experience and background for fear he would be "above" the day-to-day help we needed; but from day one, he jumped right in and proved me wrong. He got to know the people at all levels and was very successful at the mundane day-to-day tasks but also taking on bigger and farther reaching projects. He is observant to both details as well as big picture while being organized and structured yet not overly rigid to hinder progress. I really enjoyed working with Adam and hope our paths cross again soon as he brought a lot of value to Barry Callebaut and played a critical role at Chicago.
Adam has an effective work style to identify and recommend solutions for critical Quality and Sanitation concerns. He asks key questions and works closely with plant teams to help encourage a positive environment for change.
I have known and worked with Adam over the course of our careers. Adam is a true professional that is knowledgeable, insightful, and makes a difference wherever he goes. I have been blessed to work with him.
Adam, thanks for your leadership - you did a great job!
I have worked with a number of consultants in my career, but by far Adam stands at the top of the list as a true professional and impact player.
You did a great job and challenged the people there to set the bar higher.
